Zero Tolerance Policy

Re:form has a zero tolerance policy against hate speech. We are committed to hosting teacher trainings and workshops that are safe spaces for anyone to learn and grow. We denounce any and all aggressions (overt, covert, micro, or otherwise) that cause damage by way of racism, homophobia, antisemitism, ableism, body negativity, gender discrimination, or any other discriminatory views, language, or behavior that excludes or harms individuals based on identity. Any participant in a training or workshop who is discovered to be participating in these harmful behaviors (either during the workshop, on social media, or otherwise) may be removed from the training or workshop without refund. 

As educators dedicated to the safety of all program participants, we encourage you to speak to us if any of our language, educational texts, or methodology encroaches on your sense of security and/or equality. We are committed to continuous learning and evolution, and welcome your perspective and calls to action.
